This system, offering a sophisticated production structure with full automation and synchronization, enables nationwide production and sales, allowing for a broad market share across the country. With the capacity to produce up to 22,000 tiles per shift, this system requires a minimum of 2,500 m2 of enclosed space and 8,000 m2 of open stock area.
Tiles are now produced entirely by machines with full automation systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met without human intervention. From pressing to curing chambers, drying carriages, and packaging stages, all processes are carried out in automation and synchronization.
Thanks to this system, high efficiency is achieved with minimal staff, providing a competitive advantage. Additionally, we provide the necessary accessories and other production systems tailored to tile production needs.

with the same staffing levels, effectively doubling production capacity.
This system, which boasts the same full automation, synchronization, and machinery layout as the V 60 system, allows for production in the same enclosed spaces while requiring a stock area of 15,000 m2 due to the increased tile production volume. The power and speed of the entire system are doubled compared to the V 60, ensuring synchronization in the fully automated system. In line with these high tile production volumes, accessories and other production system lines are also provided by us.
