Tile Packaging Line

Tile Packaging Line

Description

In the packaging unit, tiles are stacked through an automatic pallet feeding line, with 120 tiles in the bottom row and 120 tiles in the top row, separated by separators, and sent to the automatic stacking line. This process is fully automated, ensuring the palletization, transportation, and storage of the tiles. The Tile Packaging Line, in the final stage of the production process, ensures that the tiles are securely and neatly packaged, ready for distribution. This optimizes your workflow and allows you to deliver products of excellent quality to your customers.

The Tile Packaging Line is a system that ensures effective packaging of tiles after they have been produced and passed through the drying carriage. Once the tiles are dry, they are first directed to the 5-pack strapping line, where they are strapped together in groups of five. These strapped tile groups are then arranged to form packs of 40 and sent to the bundling unit. Within each row of 40 tiles, the tiles are strapped together and sent to the packaging unit.
